Anyone can use the product! To use the Media ManagerTM product, a customer simply needs to log in to his/her account using their unique AudioID and Password. Once the user has been logged in, the user will be able to manage their account and review their account status and setup. With a few simple clicks, the customer may change key application properties that allow immediate changes to the account. The Media ManagerTM was designed to be an easy-to-use application that requires NO MAINTENANCE by you at all. Media ManagerTMtakes care of everything for you! Thus giving your customers the ability to modify their account anytime and from anywhere in the world. |

The only requirement for a customer to get started using Media ManagerTM is to have registered for a Media MailTM account. Once a customer has registered for this service, they may use their unique AudioID and Password to acquire the Media ManagerTM. It's that simple! |

How long can I store my audio emails? |

You may store up to 50MB of files at any one time. Once you have reached this limit, the system will automatically delete the oldest files first until your account is below the storage limit. |

How long does it take for my audio email to be delivered to someone? |

Once you have successfully recorded your audio email for someone, the system will digitally enhance and package the file for delivery. Once this is completed, the system will distribute the file to our worldwide distribution network and publish it in the viewer's Audio Inbox within approximately 5 - 10 minutes. |

NO! Once a user has signed up to use Media MailTM, all delivery protocols, including Media ManagerTM, use Port 80 which is used in standard web enabled appications and websites. |
