(St. Louis, MO) - KelDev Technologies, LLC and Sorkins, Inc. today announced that Sorkins Directories has contracted with KelDev Technologies to provide consulting and development services for Sorkins.
KelDev will provide complete system analysis, data integrity review, database conversion, website design and development, integrated content management and delivey systems and provide a full-scale e-commerce engine. These services are essential to Sorkins continued success and will allow Sorkins to expand in new markets and territories.

As a part of the services that KelDev will provide to Sorkins, KelDev will overhaul Sorkins' Clipper database and convert it to a SQL 2000 environment with enhanced data tracking and scalability. "Within the data conversion and new data architecture, Sorkins will be able to merge independent data sources and be able to update the data realtime," said Doug DeVoe, President of KelDev. "Given the new system architecture, advanced data management design and integrated editing tools that will be in place, Sorkins will be able to fully scale to handle millions of records without sacraficing performance and user experience."
In addition to the database conversion, KelDev will be responsible for designing and the development of the Sorkins website that will utilize the latest technologies in e-commerce and data management. "With the complete renovation of thier website technologies, Sorkins will posess the most advanced interactive search capabilities within their industry," said DeVoe. "Not only will end users be able to use advanced search capabilities, but they will be able to choose from a variety of download and purchase options never offered before. All with a simple click"
